Sagitta 12121P was designed by Comac for craft breweries and lines with a medium-small production. This bottle rinsing/filling/capping monobloc is equipped with electro-pneumatic filling valves for the filling of glass bottles. The machines composing the monobloc are modular, and include different versions of rinsers, fillers and cappers to meet any application need.

Additional cappers can be added to handle different types of closures. The footprint is reduced and linear; one single conveyor runs along all stations that don’t have the same pitch, and are not phased together, allowing for higher flexibility in the machine control.

The peculiarity of the filling station is the electro-pneumatic valve, which guarantees flexibility and high performance with reduced maintenance, achieved thanks to the minimized wear and tear of parts (gaskets and integrated fluid control valves). Each valve can be programmed and managed separately from the others. In this way, small filling differences can be corrected on the fly in order to achieve a steady filling process.
