cmiWith more than 30 years of experience in the bottling and development of latest technologies, CMI Food Tech Division offers a complete range of automatic and semi-automatic machines for filling sauces and creams. Automatic – rotary and linear – fillers of the Line series are made in stainless steel and suitable for filling and capping glass or plastic bottles or jars of any size and shape containing creams, ready-made sauces, honey, jams and spreads.Suitable for filling of products at room temperature or heated products, the machine is equipped with volumetric piston dosers in stainless steel Aisi 316 controlled by pneumatic or brushless motors. The main technical details: bottle infeed conveyor belt; container stop by means of pneumatically/electrically controlled gates;stainless steel pneumatic dosing valves with Teflon seals. Pressure volumetric filling is performed by means of dosers operated by programmable brushless motor and controlled via touch screen. Among the optional devices, there are: self-priming feeding pump; diving nozzles with up/down speed adjustment and product delivery nozzle positioning.
