Proxima is a 25 kg chocolate tempering machine developed by FBM with a strong focus on energy saving. The continuous tempering technology provides two separate systems for heating and cooling.
The heating is carried out by thermoelectric induction, a solution that guarantees high precision and reactivity, significantly reducing energy consumption. Cooling takes place via the refrigerant gas, allowing fast response times and accurate temperature control.
The screw pump in the tempering pipe reverses automatically to empty it, for an easier emptying of the chocolate while reducing the time necessary to restart the tempering cycle. The machine can be equipped with a 180-mm wide enrobing attachment: An essential item for enrobing products with chocolate.
