Apsol specialises in the construction of end-of-line packaging machinery, and precisely case packing, pick&place and palletising systems. The end of line systems stand out for their packaging flexibility: from wrap-around to American type cases, from top loading to side loading, from vertical to horizontal cartoning, from conventional palletisers and depalletisers, to sweep-off and pick-&-place systems. A recent development for the beverage sector consists in a complete end-of-line packaging system comprising an American-type case forming and sealing system, electronic pick&place 2-axis robot driven by brushless motors, case sealing with tape, and an articulated multipurpose  4-axis palletising robot connected to three independent production lines. An electronic divider installed at the entrance to the cartoning machine can arrange into several rows the bottles arriving in a single row, in order to reach the required performance according to the preset packaging layout.
