With Smart Pal Comau proposes innovative robotic solutions for the food & beverage industry. The range includes end-of-line palletizers designed even for high payloads. In fact, the family ranges from 180 to 260 kg payload (Smart Pal 180, in the picture), to the 470 kg robot, the largest in the range. All machines have a maximum horizontal reach of 3,100 mm. This robot range is available in Robot Arm version, all mechanical without C5G unit control system. Thanks to the partnership with some of the most prestigious industrial automation companies, Comau developed a robot version that can be controlled using software and controls supplied by its partners. Using the same interface used to control the existing line, Comau robots can be integrated into existing automated plants, eliminating the difficulties of setup and improving management.
