OriQ Raw Materials is an automated solution from Oripan for handling and dosing of ingredients in industrial bakery processes.

The system automatically transfers crates to the dosing station and ensures full traceability of each ingredient via RFID tags: From initial identification to discharge into the kneader. The main objective is to eliminate the risk of human error at a critical stage, which directly affects the consistency of the dough and the quality of the finished product. There are two checks for each ingredient in a recipe: ingredient and weight identification.

The system architecture allows the integration of additional control parameters, including real-time detection of the ingredient moisture content, for example, to support advanced traceability and quality protocols along the entire raw material supply chain. Quality control and traceability data are recorded in the OFS platform, to ensure consistency and integrity of information.
