Produced by OCME, Dorado is an automatic depalletiser for crates, cases and containers (jars, cans, or bottles) in bulk, with bottom-up entrance. According to the infeed level, the machine can reach speeds of 2, 5 or 7 layers per minute. Characterized by high accuracy, the depalletiser provides for safe transfer of the layer. Dorado is available in two models: LF with product exit from the bottom, fixed pallet, at a speed of 2.5 layers per minute; HM with product exit from the top, with mobile pallet, reaching a speed of up to 7 layers per minute. Another depalletising solution is Antares: A conventional automatic low-level or high-level depalletiser, suitable for crates, cases, drums and cartons. The series of high-speed machines Gamma Advance is the latest development, targeted to meet current speed requirements of the end-of-line. Three possible layouts: Pegasus, robot palletiser, reaching up to 630 layers/h; Orion, low-level palletiser for up to 570 layers/h; Vega, shrink-wrap packer for 150 cycles/min.
