Sulbana presents PAC 1500, an automatic unit for packaging raped cheese or cheese cubes and sticks in trays or bags. Entirely made in stainless steel Aisi 304, the weighing unit features a loading cell system. Designed for easy cleaning, it is pre-set and equipped with software for CIP cleaning management. The product hopper features a motor-driven roller and Intralox exit conveyors for direct transfer of the product to the packaging machine. The control panel implements Siemens technology; it is perfectly protected and features a touch screen assuring perfect user/system interface. The machine can control the whole processing line, from pre-hardening to packaging, even without the intervention of operators.
