Goglio’s offer is represented by the Fres-co System trademark, whose novelty is devoted to food aseptic packaging: the GNovasteril system, which includes preformed z-belt sterile pouches and latest GNova series product. The pouches are sealed, previously sterilized with irradiation , and the double-belt structure assures process continuity and reliability. The aseptic filling takes place in the clean room in overpressure, where pouches are opened, filled and sealed. A catalyst assures recovery and elimination of sterilizing vapors, broken down into O2 and H2O, ensuring an eco-friendly process. As all GNova series models, also GNovasteril stands out for versatility and easy format change, and is completed with multilayer aseptic pouches from 3 to 1500 liters. The range has been designed to store dairy products at room temperature. The production takes place in clean room (class 100,000 ISO 8), using metallic, aluminum, co-extruded and transparent material.
