Imar have been manufacturing machines for the production of ice cream cones and cups since 1947.

Among these AML series (five models), automated ovens for the production of: wafer molded ice cream cones and cups and wafer products with custom-made design: ice-cream wafer cones; wafer cups, that can replace plastic products, as they are completely biodegradable and edible at the same time; wafer coffee cups; wafer products, in a wide variety of shapes, from the shape of a fish or a corncob to a flower or even a bear, also using gluten-free or vegan batter.

Waffle-based products are 100% eco-friendly. They can replace plastic products, as they are completely biodegradable and edible at the same time. The oven it is made of three modules: machine body with gas heating and electrical traction, with moulds for the baking of the wafer products; batter tank/batter injection pump; stacking chute (hopper) and cone counter slide, in which the product is counted and stacked, and is ready for packaging. Gas, temperature, speed, batter quantity and baking time parameters are controlled by PLC.
