The multiheads weigher FCBS28TW from Ricciarelli consisting of two completely independent sectors, formed by 14+14 heads controlled by stepper motors arranged in a radial pattern with two discharge cones to feed twin packaging machines or cartoning machines with two loading points.

The weighing machine is equipped with a product feed request signal generated by a photocell. Each head can be controlled in all its functions by its own microprocessor and is equipped with a programmable digital filter, eliminating the need for a hydraulic shock absorber.

The machine foresee connection to interface pc via Ethernet is provided. Repeatability and reliability are high both in weight detection and in movements, given the electronic control of the functions.
