OMBF Kegblock semiautomatic monoblock performs the washing and filling of stainless-steel kegs with a production up to 20 kegs/hour. The washing system includes an initial passage with basic product at high temperature and a passage with acid at room temperature. All parameters can be managed and modified via the touch screen panel.

It is also possible to set the number of rinses to be carried out after each washing. The pumps that manage the flow of the liquids are controlled by inverters so that the solutions flow into the keg at different pressures ensuring the sanitisation of both the keg walls and the central pipe.

After washed the keg is pressurised with the inert gas injection, and place with open discharge to expel residual oxygen, and then with closed discharge to saturate the keg. Filling takes place by counterpressure. The machine is equipped with a flow sensor which stops the cycle only after the keg has been filled to its full capacity.

The machine is equipped with an automatic sanitising cycle which allows the washing of all the circuits with the basic and acid product used for sanitising the kegs. The cycle is editable in terms of times and modes by means the operator panel. The monobloc can be supplemented with various options: steam sterilisation, chute for kegs unloading, devices for use of pet kegs.
