Pantera is Toppy’s semi-automatic solution designed for the efficient handling of product stacks on pallets, with a specific focus on layer separation and facilitating pallet exchange within production and logistics processes.

Thanks to its advanced design and intelligent technologies, Pantera represents a significant evolution in stack divider systems and the handling of complex loads. The system is equipped with sensors and AI-powered cameras that automatically recognize the different layers of the load, allowing the operator to select precisely the layer to be separated or transferred onto another pallet.

The machine applies uniform pressure on all four sides of the product to lift it safely and accurately, minimizing the risk of damage even when handling delicate or irregular loads. Designed for easy integration into existing production lines, can operate alongside high-bay warehouse systems and can be customized according to the required level of automation.

With a load capacity of up to 1,200 kg and performance of up to 40 pallets per hour, the machine optimizes workflow, reduces cycle times, and improves operational safety.
