Rekord 8 has been developed by Robino&Galandrino for automatic dispensing and closing of the metal wirehood on sparkling wine bottles. Very compact, the machine is complete with wirehoods storage (capacity 3000 pieces), bottom-loaded for best operator position. The wirehoods storage-dispenser group is adjustable in height with centralized system. A special automatic picking up system extracts an entire row of wirehoods from the storage and places it on the dispenser’s conveyor belt. Automatic distribution of four-post wirehoods is ensured by a mechanical system with two selection screws. The machine is equipped with eight pistons with compensation springs in order to lift the bottles and apply the wirehoods preserving mechanical devices from overexertion. It is equipped with electronic devices for the machine starting and stoppage depending on the fl ow of bottles prior or after it. All the machine functions are controlled by PLC and Inverter located into the centralized electrical panel.
