The WMS 4SESE (Warehouse Management System) software ensures full traceability of the entire cheese life cycle, from milk reception up to the sale of the aged product. Access to the software can be through Chrome from any PC connected to the company network.

Connected to all Autodop machines, it manages the computer flow of warehouse operations, the changes in cheese quality, as well as machine alarms and thermos-hygrometric parameters of the premises and sends them to the ERP.  The software updates all movements related to goods arrival, picking, turning and brushing, and draws a report of all operations. It also provides accurate data on expertise via tablet.

The machines in the ageing warehouses operate according to what planned by operator via software. This allows to predict customized work cycles, measure the efficiency of machines and warehouse operators, and manage the revolving inventory pledges for blockchain-certified financing.
