Akomag has a long experience in the construction of systems for the bottling sector, such as to ensure customers maximum efficiency, user-friendly operation and minimum operating costs. And a long working life, mainly thanks to the fact that the machines are constructed with certified, top-quality materials. Machines and plants have a simple but all-modular structure.
This has allowed, and still allows, to progressively increase the functionality and level of sophistication by integrating, for example, special washing and sanitation stations, devices for automatic control of process parameters, safety equipment, but also systems for energy recovery, drainage reduction and automatic sanitation of the most important parts.
Careful machine design
In the design phase, Akomag does not underestimate the need to fit the machines with all measures that are necessary to protect the health and safety of the operator, adopting all the necessary precautions also with regard to noise reduction. Considerable efforts are being made to reduce the size of bottling plants, traditionally quite large and bulky, in order to optimize space.
At the last Drinktec edition, Akomag presented two different types of bottle washers: The Manual Combi and Genesi L washers. The manual bottle washer, for instance, has been designed following the indications of various small users with very low production capacities, but offers great versatility to suit the most varied needs. The Combi washer, with its extremely compact design and very low consumption, is maintenance-free as it has no mechanical parts. It combines all the functions of a traditional bottle washer in a single machine: Excellent cleaning, removal of labels, and rinsing of bottles.
All while safeguarding the environment and reducing production costs. In fact, it reduces production costs allowing the previously “disposable bottles” to be easily recycled. The Genesi L bottle washer has been specially designed and manufactured by Akomag for washing recycled glass bottles.
This washer takes advantage of the company’s technology in the field of bottle washing, so that customers can obtain a perfectly clean and sanitized product, ready for filling.
