Combi packaging machine combines operational flexibility and space optimization. Thanks to the implementation of Baumer’s patented U-Shape System (pictured), the machine is significantly shorter than traditional solutions while maintaining production capacity and packaging quality.

Plus of the machine is the system BM-bet System, automated conveyor makes it possible to switch between case packer and shrink wrapping functions in a few moments, automatically, thanks to the pressure on the operator panel. This system allows bulk and multipack products to be processed and provides production flexibility, allowing to work in film only, tray+film, pad+film, and wraparound with one machine.

The U-Shape Infeed System reduces the length of the machine by at least 50%, allowing easy installation in any production facility. Allows non-stop motion to be produced using a rotary thrust that at production speeds guides products without pressure. This system is suitable for bricks, but can also work with cylindrical, square, rectangular and oval products. also, it allows for very compact lines due to the elimination of the classic divider used to channel non-cylindrical products.
