Tecno Pack continues its tradition of research and development, with an ever-increasing focus on energy saving and the evolution towards completely eco-sustainable packaging.

For Tecno Pack, 2025 marked the debut of its flagship model among horizontal flow pack packaging machines: the FP 100 HP BOX MOTION 520 PAPER. This new model has been specifically designed to ensure perfect sealing on paper, even at high speed, ensuring smooth and linear operation and eliminating all the critical issues typical of similar applications.

The FP 100 HP BOX MOTION 520 is the result of an important optimization activity, which substantially involved both the motorization of the reel and the longitudinal and transverse sealing units. The latter is made using an innovative box motion system with extended sealing time, capable of generating an adjustable pressure of up to 600 kg per square centimeter, ideal even at maximum operating speeds.

The film unwinding system is controlled by a fully automated fine adjustment system, supported by dedicated load cells, able to keep the feed of the material to the longitudinal sealing unit constant at every stage of the cycle: from start-up to maximum speed, during cyclic changes while in motion, in restarts and in automatic reel change operations. The longitudinal sealing unit, consisting of four pairs of wheels, offers unprecedented micrometric adjustments, designed to adapt to the sealing of papers with different thicknesses and textures.

The FP 100 HP BOX MOTION 520 guarantees the production of perfectly sealed paper packages, even at high speeds (up to 160 packages per minute) with great operational fluidity: excellent performance transformed into a reliable and constant cruising speed. Tecno Pack is therefore ready for the new challenges of industrialization also in primary flow pack packaging, with a tested, reliable solution that is perfectly in line with the demands of the contemporary market.
