Line Brushless 5+5 filling machine suitable for high viscosity food products are double automatic linear filling machine with tso banks of five nozzles each with 1100 ml dosers, and filling range from 50 to 1000 g.

Jar transport and selection unit operates via two screw conveyors (front/rear), with brushless motor control adjustable in depth and height. Volumetric pressure filling, dosing cylinder management with five brushless motors, one per dosing unit.

Other features are: tank and valves with front sliding mechanism for easy cleaning; automatic product inlet valve; dosing adjustment via touch screen with storable recipes; pneumatic product discharge valves in stainless steel dosing cylinders; ground stainless steel dosing units; discharge valve and tank support with height adjustment via gear motor.
