Maintenance can be done by one technician in 30 minutes from outside the tank.

The agitators comply with the strictest hygienic requirements, and are 3A certified. All non-metallic parts are FDA-compliant. Cleaning in place can be carried out while the agitator remains in operation. Mounted on the bottom of a tank, the agitators are available in diameters from 250 to 1900 mm.

The EnSaFoil two or three blade impellers generate strong axial flow with minimal shear, ensuring uniform mixing and blending throughout the tank. The high mixing efficiency limits heat transfer to the product, lowering cooling requirements.
