At IBA 2025, the company presented some of the innovative technologies dedicated to the bakery industry: Microdosing station for precise and controlled dosing of small quantities, for productions requiring precise, consistent and repetitive blends and integration into automatic production cycles; balance with extraction hood (integrated de-dusting system) that ensures safety and hygiene in manual weighing operations.

Also new are the centrifugal sifter, ideal for even mixing of ingredients; and the pasta-and-bread grinder developed to enhance productivity and handling of solid products. In addition, systems for the management of recipes and batch traceability are available, which can be integrated with ERP software for automated batch control, centralized management of production parameters and compliance with food safety regulations.
