Article 13 – Data Protection – Legislative Decree No. 196/2003

Tecniche Nuove SpA notice that, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/03 (Code for the protection of personal data) the personal data when registering at their events will be handled, either manually or by computer, for the purposes hereinafter specified, in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy and rights of clients.

The data will be processed for:

• legal obligations to the formalities for the provision of our services (compilation of personal data, keeping records and accounting records, accounting);
• the proper provision of training courses;
• sending information and promotional material for training initiatives;
• communication, partnership companies and / or outsoursing, for training and continuous professional updating.

In case of refusal of participating in the processing of data will not be able to access training event.
The participant may exercise, by completing the course and at any time, all the rights listed in Article 7 of the D. Decree no. 196/03 including the right to request the cancellation of the treatment of the data previously accepted by sending a request from the Privacy Office via email at: privacy@tecnichenuove.com or by telephone at +39 0239090349.
